Founded by Mzia and Laura in the Spring of 2023, HAPPY BABY. HAPPY DOG.^® was born to bring joy and comfort to our little ones and furry friends. Both founders grew up in close-knit families, surrounded by dogs and young children, where they developed like-minded ideologies around health and wellness and the impact of positivity.

As empowered business women, in their respective careers, Mzia and Laura always knew one day they would come together to form a business that matched their special bond. Having witnessed the sacrifice that parents—and specifically moms—have to make in order to achieve their career goals while balancing family, and often finding it difficult to take time for themselves and be away from their children, THE BUDDY BUTTON^® and THE PUPPY PARTNER^® were born.

Both products are designed to entertain and soothe – especially, when you can’t be with the ones you love. In the same way, that children may get anxious when you close the door, our four-legged friends can also feel lonely and sad. Just like our little ones like to explore, discover, and solve – so do our furry friends. And so THE PUPPY PARTNER^® — a Ball that records your voice and plays those recorded messages every time the Ball rolls & THE BUDDY BUTTON^® – a Button  that records your voice and plays those recordings every time the Button is pushed –  started the brand’s smart toy collection.
